Worldbuilder city buildings

Is there anyway to get preset cities in Worldbuilder to all have a certain set of buildings in them without having to manually add them to each city? I'm making a modern scenario with a lot of cities and it would save me a lot of time if there is another way to add buildings to them all.

only by using Lua as the scenario loads. Definitely discussed on these forums many years ago
