Of these movies, list taken from Wikipedia, which ones would you say are the absolute worst and are there any that don't deserve to be on the list or any you would add. I'm talking about movies that stand out as the absolute worst of all time, not just something you thought was pretty bad.

I have to confess the only ones I've seen on this list are Myra Breckenridge, Howard the Duck (a veeeery long time ago) parts of Showgirls on TV and Battlefield Earth. I thought Myra Breckenridge was kind of entertaining but yeah it is a pretty bad movie quality-wise. I've heard that Plan 9 is so awful that it's actually a lot of fun to watch but I haven't seen it yet.

I think I would add Caligula to the list, it's also kind of interesting to watch in parts but really bad. Someone tried to put a porn movie together with a Roman epic and it just didn't work.

1950s

Glen or Glenda (1953)
Robot Monster (1953)
The Conqueror (1956)
Plan 9 from Outer Space (1959)

1960s

The Beast of Yucca Flats (1961)
Eegah (1962)
The Creeping Terror (1964)
Santa Claus Conquers the Martians (1964)
Monster A Go-Go (1965)
Manos: The Hands of Fate (1966)

1970s
Myra Breckinridge (1970)

1980s

Inchon (1982)
Howard the Duck (1986)
Hobgoblins (1988)
Mac and Me (1988)

1990s
Troll 2 (1990)
Highlander II: The Quickening (1991)
North (1994)
Showgirls (1995)
An Alan Smithee Film Burn Hollywood Burn (1998)

2000s

Battlefield Earth (2000)
Freddy Got Fingered (2001)
From Justin to Kelly (2003)
The Room (2003)
Gigli (2003)
Catwoman (2004)
Alone in the Dark (2005)
Disaster Movie (2008)
Birdemic: Shock and Terror (2008)

I have seen Plan 9 from outer space and Manos: hands of fate. Oh I also saw Howard the Duck. I don't remember Howard the duck being that awful. It just seems that way because it was George Lucas flub.

Manos: Hands of Fate is pretty awful in every which way. It almost belongs in a category in its own as it's not a professional movie. It was made in San Antonio by a fertilizer salesman. In some ways, the movie is impressive considered how amateur it is. It has some weird kinky stuff with the women that are kidnapped. It's a strange movie.

Plan 9 was pretty bad too, but not on the same bad level as Manos.

This thread definitely needs some Torgo in it. The sad fact is the actor killed himself shortly after the movie was made. This guy was high on drugs during filming, and it shows.

This is the Torgo dance I found on youtube once, it cracks me up every time I see it.

I saw Howard the Duck in elementary school. I have a feeling I missed a lot of stuff. That duck-dude was creepy.

I saw Catwoman and I don't see why it would be on a worst films list. It wasn't good but it wasn't that bad.

No "Meet the Spartans"? Thankfully i have only seen that on Pay TV, so it was something that was already on and it was absolutely terrible. I had heard from my brother that he was so annoyed by the movie that he threatened to leave the cinema. I was not foolish enough to go and see it.

I've seen only Plan 9 of those, hoping that it would be so bad it's actually good. Unfortunately, it was so bad that it wasn't even good.

I haven't seen Meet the Spartans, but the review I read from a paper and another from IMDB later on have convinced me that it should be on the list.

Movies that are outrageously "bad" like Battlefield Earth are actually great sources of unintentional comedy, so I can't really call them the worst by any means; in fact, I had more fun watching Mortal Kombat: Annihilation with my friends than some of my actual favorite movies.

The real worst movies are the ones that are so mediocre and cliche that they're just boring and unwatchable.

There are so many bad movies nobody has ever heard of that are probably far worse than the ones you listed. I once watched a zombie movie with a friend who likes those but has no talent choosing good ones.
Zombie Wars aka War of the Living Dead has incredibly bad acting and a story that is so stupid we felt offended (not just disappointed and we knew this was a cheap zombie flick but actually offended) even though both of us had a lot of beer when we saw it.
There was another zombie movie which was even worse but I do not remember the name.
I would say Showgirls is a masterpiece in comparison.
This is the problem with the list: the really bad movies nobody knows.

I don't know why everybody bashes on the Street Fighter movie, it was awesome. Actually, well, most of it sucked, but M. Bison's acting made up for everything with excess.

Making Guile the main lead was the FINAL STRAW.

Happy Gilmore was cinematic genius

Watching the Street Fighter movie for anybody except Bison and maybe Zangief means you've missed the point entirely.

Don't forget Dee Jay! :D

And casting a Belgian with a thick accent to play the jingoistic American soldier was a stroke of genius.

I haven't seen catwoman but I don't really get why it would be any worse than something like Swept Away. Maybe it had a big release and everyone expected it to be good. Maybe it lost a ton of money.

I don't think you can count all the endless B movies that no one ever heard of.

Clever.

Sextette with Mae West. It was disgusting and a giant ego trip for its star and just generally in poor taste.

Mae West was 84 years old and overweight at the time of filming, yet she was supposed to be playing the part of a sex kitten in the process of seducing several attractive young men, including Ringo Starr, Timothy Dalton and Alice Cooper. The obvious age discrepancy between her and her co-stars wasn't even mentioned in the film. It was embarrassing to even watch.
