Scratch the title, he's in fact the latest person to pick-up their second eptathlon! Wotan picked-up an eptathlon in C3C COTM 33 back in February / March, and now gets a nice GOTM one to put on the shelf next to it. In doing so, he becomes only the fourth person to collect an eptathlon in both civ3 competitions. Well done!
