mouse cursor focus stays on terrain instead of science/production window, so no tooltips are visible.
highly annoying when you have to search through the manual for all the data needed to decide production/research
problem occurs (and goes away again) for no reason i can discern so far, but if a turn starts without tooltip popups, it stays like that until at least the next turn, when it may or may not revert to normal behaviour.
edit: in addition, it's a bit annoying that when you press the keys CTRL +S to save a game, you then have to CLICK on ok to save - the enter key doesn't do the job because the OK button isn't highlighted.
the game keeps forcing the player to use both mouse AND keyboard, which reminds me of really stupid console to pc conversions.
