WW II December 1941

Hello people,

A new version is ready for download. Only a few changes, but more to come. One of the changes is the lighthouse building as requested Tigranes ;) .
There is a new map, 1943 map, it should be June 1943, i'll fix that in a next update.
It's not exactly evreything that takes place in that month, but it's in the period the battle of Kursk takes place and the allies have landed in italy an some pacific islands.

One of my concerns I have with the civics is this: small civs cannot sustain much of an army at all. I tried to tweak monarchy and the cheap ones to benefit the small countries, it is laughably pathetic what the ai keeps around in their 1-2 cities. A whole lot of general purpose machine guns, maybe a crappy plane or two and some infantry and half tracks. Larger civs should have larger militaries no matter what, but like I said it's pathetic when it comes to the small ones. Netherlands moved their capital twice in my games to the Dutch east indies because Brussels and Amsterdam get completely culture wrapped by neighbors. I tried to boost monarchy for +10% of everything--prod, commerce, food, culture science, espionage. Makes sense right? Also 25 extra free units for one of the civics that appeal to the ai, or the small ones anyway.

Other mod I can name is World 2013, the ai always kept a low number of troops in small 1-2 city countries. Thought maybe we can try and tackle this for the next update.
 
Yes you're right. What i've seen is that the ai has a favor for military police, even when i'm invading Siberia with the Germans. I lowered total unit built to 15 for that purpose. I have tried to influence it trough leaderheadinfos: <UnitAIWeightModifier> . It doesn't make much difference. AI favours very cheap and sometimes non moveable units (cityfort, antitankdefence, machine guns)
On the other side, the ai does what i intended by making most units more expensive so it is harder to sustain a large army( large stacks of doom). I did not see them much.

Okay, I started the mod but I dont see the option for playing the game in my scenario list even though the mod shows up when loading mods

I'm close, I'll keep working at it

I got a problem, I load the mod and it loads up, but I'm taken to the scenario list and it aint there
