i just wondered if somebody made the leader heads from the mod 'A Road To War' available for 'normal' play? I would be really grateful if somebody could provide me a download link.

If I remember correctly, the guy who made the mod comes from Apolyton. I don't know if what you're looking for exists, but if it does, it's at Apolyton.

I am NOT trying to support APOLYTON!! I am a CIVFANATICS person FOREVER!! I'm just trying to HELP the GUY find what he WANTS!!
