I just download Provence BB and it looks identically like Alsace class battleship. So why you didn't name it like that? The Alsace class battleship were designed to replace Richelieu class.

Alsace and Lorraine are both provinces (french, singular: "Provence"). Just like HMS Hood was an Admiral Class vessel, rather than a "Hood" Class one.

If it is a spelling mistake that bothers you, then freely change the e to an i or the in-game name altogheter to Alsace and you should be fine. In the meantime I shall improve my French.
Well if people really want the Alsace Karle94 did one over at subsim. I will add it to the list of ships to do in the future but it might not be done for some time.

I like your ships, but i don't see difference between Provence and Alsace at Civ3 scale.
So if you want to make it then no need to rush. Rather consider making after Mogami Super Yamato or something like that. One question. Will you make British battlecruiser like Invincible or Indefatigable class? I always like that ships.
Not to clutter up Wyrmshadows thread but there is a few British BC's in the future.

So there is the question what was edited in Jan 03, 2012? This is especially interesting as we don´t have the old image to compare it with the new one.
Per example, I see 8 Japanese carriers in the new image, in the thread about the Japanese Forces ( http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=285213) there are only 4.
