WWII Era Splashes

Okay here are two era splashes for WWII. I plan on later adding one for pre-WWII that shows a pre-WWII city, then one for WWII showing the war then one for post-WWII showing the ruins of some German or Soviet City. Its in two folders, one has the readme and the first style and the other just another style; they together were 503 KB, so I put them in two separate DL's.
