Usage: Use this one as a German UU (i.e. the nemesis of the Convoy unit)

Cost= 1.5x Typ VII (ie. a bit cheaper than as if bought separately)
Resources= Typ VII + X (expensive, resource-wise)
Range= 1.5x Typ VII (the slowest ship determines the average speed)
Attack= 1.5x Typ VII
Defence= 1.5x Typ VII
* sees further than normal Submarines

Note: Make this one available alongside the single Submarines and U-Boats, this is NOT an upgrade but an additional parallel UU for Germany (if the resources and economic standard allow)
