In my current Regent game, the Aztecs WILL NOT share their territory map. anything I've got -- they dont want. They are on a continent with (between) the two powerhouses of Persia (major) and Russia (minor). Neither of these two have gotten the territory map either..
In all my games, I have never seen this xenophobic reaction to this extent.
Can anyone suggest why they are acting like this. Aside from the -- you can't kill me if you can't find me-- concept. I know where they are generally from other world maps and I have an embassy so there capital is visible.
