XML Patch to workaround Intel Graphics limitations

A while ago, when the ATI cards weren't rendering (pre 1.09), a fix was posted as a workaround; this also worked for my POS Intel; the XML edit turned on "Reveal All" which made my game run fine! 1.09 fixed the ATI problem, but the Intel problem remains; and now I've LOST the XML file name
and had to re-install the game! I know ther's a way to use Worldbuilder to do this, but it was convenient to have the game always start this way, since the Intel cards wouldnt run any other way! Pls help if you remember the .XML name, I can figure out the rest. EMail if necessary, this is one cool game and I have been CIVless for 4 days now. Pls forgive if this is offthread, I'm pretty desperate.
