Your favorite non Western non Chinese philosophers

It occurred to me that I don't really know any non western, non chinese - non Buddha philosophers.

Who are your favorites?

*edit - Ghandi I suppose Is the only one I can think of.

There are probably plenty I would agree with who lived on this continent centuries ago, but who remain forever nameless... those who preached respect for the land and nature, since all good things come from it.

Jesus. Technically, he wasn't western, and, if you leave the spiritual stuff aside, he was a pretty decent moral philosopher, IMHO...
