Nationalist / Moderate conservative with occassional hard line views.

At the last General Election I voted Conservative.

Liberal left wing nazi.

I have no idea where I stand on the political spectrum, and no idea what label I am. Anarchy appeals to me, in that the government doesn't steal my money or my rights, and unions can become like extended families or so, and act as a counter balance to corporate power. Kinda like survival of the fittest only for large groups of like minded people. I also like punk rock, and of all the people in the young ones, I most identify with Rik. So I voted Anarchist.

(OTOH, I'm pragmatic enough to realise that the Liberal Democrats are probably the best choice in the UK at the moment.)

I caught the reference, but it was just too much of a golden opportunity for a zinger, I couldn't it pass up.

And a no-net three-pointer from half-court, at that. :goodjob:

Moderate Conservative I guess. Because the party I affiliate comes out as moderate conservative.

voted Moderate Socialist, but if it was multiple choice i could have also voted Nationalist because that is also something i value highly. I am a bit of a commie too, however i think of it as more a possible end game for society rather than something i'd try to engineer or push to achieve.

I would not vote for any of the major parties in my country (and didn't).

took that test, but have no idea what it's talking about moral rules/order whatever. pretty abstract, but gave me this:

1. System: Socialism
2. Variation: Moderate Socialism
3. Ideologies: Social Democratism
4. Parties: No match.
5. Presidents: Jimmy Carter (88.95%)
6. 2004 Election Candidates: John Kerry (83.91%), Ralph Nader (82.18%), George W. Bush (57.78%)

looked pretty crappy tho. in the US elections i wouldn't vote for kerry any more than i would for bush.

This is a graphical way of explaining it.

A right leaning liberal. For the 101st time I will explain that liberals love liberty, including enterprising liberty.
Nothing as bad as governments using tax money to screw things up.

Yeh same here mostly. I put an option as 'Left-wing libertarian', thats what i would say you would be.

Whoops, I voted social democrat, when I'm a socialist or left libratarian.

I also support the libDems, and there's a bit of Green in me as well.

By right-leaning liberal I was thinking of those who tend to be liberal on social policy but are more pro-capitalist thining in terms of economics.

Yeah, that sounds like me.:)

I was bottom right on that moral test. Between Nixon and Ford.

BS if I do say so myself.

I was the first person to vote Religious based - Moderate/Reformer!

At home, I'd support Fremskrittspartiet (Progress Party) IF they were for progress (read techonology) and not xenophobia. As it is, I'd support Kristelig Folkeparti (Christian Common People's Party).

Hmm, there are quite a few conflicting options. I could have voted "Social Democrat", "Moderate Socialist" or Davo's self-created option. ;)

In the end I don't affiliate with anything anyway and the polls lacks a "fatalistic cynical realist" option. :p

May I add that many American posters here seem to be from my european view religious based conservatives.

From my point of view only - this shows one difficulty with the categorization, but I have chosen

Right leaning Liberal

Does anyone who knows me agree with this? :)
