Zip files

This is going to sound really stupid, but how do you open 'zip' files? I've downloaded one of the Fairy Tale modpacks, and I cannot launch the actual game anywhere. There is no 'Civ_Fairy_Tale' or whatever the .exe file would be anywhere. How do I actually load the mod?

You need to "unzip" them. Windows comes with a unzipper built in (WinZip) but you can also download other programs, like WinRAR or 7zip. Just open the .zip file in the program and unzip it somewhere.

It's like storing files in a box. You gotta cut the box open.
