Zulus/Alexander

What a nightmare. I'd played a game on a small map. My Neighbours was the Zulus & Alexander. Both a warmongers. I was minding my own business and wthout waring Zulu went war with me, the next turn Alexander went to war with me.
Got steamrolled. I wasn't even that powerful.

Why didn't Alex or Zulus go to war with each other. I guess that will always be the case. Attack the human player first.

I had the most points. But a weak Army. Guess the weakness is based on Army strength, not points.

Of course it's based on army strength! The points are useless in-game save for time victory, although they signify stuff like
- wonders
- amount of cities
- population of cities

...making you all the more attractive target to warmongers.

Weak army, lots of points is actually the best target. Not only are you easier to conquer, but your cities will be a better reward.
