Basically this is a representation of President Rufus Shinra of the Evil Shrina Corporation from Final Fantasy VII in all his shotgunny goodness....
Also would make a nice Mob Boss unit, too.
(before anyone asks, yes, I AM considering using him along with LMR's "bodyguard" modification to Kinboat's James Bond unit, Navydawg's Gangster and possibly also Kinboat's Bond Girl to make a "goon squad" multi-unit... said munit might be used as a later-era upgrade to Rufus, but that remains to be seen
