Final production version of the Italian heavy bomber triplane series Ca.4 by Società di Aviazione Ing. Caproni, 1917-18, powered by three 270 hp Isotta Fraschini V6 engines. 32 units built. Although fragile and cumbersome in appearance, it was a well designed, impressive and effective piece of engineering.
