Is it tough to decide if you want to watch TV or play Civ 3? Now you can watch TV while playing Civ 3!
No Civ Color. Contains 3 directions (SE, S, SW); done so the screen always can be seen. Can be useful as a Modern flag resource to be cashed in at VP locations or Capitol, although the widescreen on the attack does also work.
