Kongō Class Battlecruiser (1914)
Civ Colors have been added. Animations by me. Thanks to everyone who gave information on the 1914 appearance and structure of the battlecruiser which helped me get it finished properly.
EDIT: Is according to the initial 1914 appearance (at civ scale at least
