Tesla's 'Peace' / 'Death' Ray AKA his 'Macroscopic Particle Beam Projector'
I made this for my Thomas' War mod:
Another wonder with a little python to it, inspired by the wonder of the same name in one of Civilization Revolution's 'Wonder Download Packs.'
I don't think Tesla every completed a prototype - I know he made extensive plans - but I figured if he had it would be nothing more than a curiosity so the wonder also provides +20% of all the yield types in the owner city with access to power. However, at the same time as a 'peace' ray it also prevents your from declaring war! Both bonuses wear off once it obsoletes, but artillery is an optional tech so you can keep the bonus for a while if you don't plan on warmongering.

Edi2: Completely changed how the Wonder functions. Added a cool Ping Effect once you build it
