This zip includes an animated LH by Firaxis for the Chinese emperor, Taizong and a reskinned Qin Shi Huang LH by Firaxis that is a more faithful representation than the current one. These LH's were in the Chinese release of Civ 4 but to my knowledge have not been widely available to the English community until now. Enjoy!
