Several people requested I make a production type trait. No matter how you do it the trait is going to be relatively powerful.
The zipped folder contains the trait in two versions:
This really isn't meant to be used stand-alone but for modders who want to include new traits outside the traditional XML bonuses.
All the python is labeled and searching for 'Res trait' should find the changes.
Make sure to change the appropriate section in the PythonCallBacks XML file (either BuildingCost or UnitCost) to 1 depending on which version you are using.
I recommend downloading and using Winmerge to combine python.
