Here is another European leader; Guilliaume Henri Dufour of Switzerland.
He was a military commander, topographer, engineer, and presided over the first Geneva convention which resulted in the founding of the Red Cross. He also helped maintain the integrity of the Swiss Confederation against the Soderbund (read a book). But more famously than all of that, he appears as the leader for the Swiss in my European Module Pack!
