This unit allows you to transfer 200
to another city (albeit 1/2 is lost in the transfer).
Installation: Unzip in whatever mod you like. Assets/Modules/Engineer
Change Modular Loading in your ini file to 1
Copy the Engineer_Text.xml file to Assests/XML/Text (does not load modular).
