New sentry actions for units Mod [Better BTS AI] 2016-10-05

This version is a merge between "New sentry actions for units" Mod v0.93 and "Better BTS AI" mod v0.82.

New sentry actions for units Mod adds:

• New missions for units: "Sentry until Healed", "Sentry only on naval units", "Sentry only on land units", "Go To and Sentry".
• New city modes:"Units built at city start fortified", "Units built at city autoairlift".
• New game options:"City governors build workboats", "City governors train workers", "City Governors Prioritize Goods Over Non Essential Buildings".
• This mod also adds new mass effects for existing orders, some standard movement behaviour and selection mode changes and several bugfixes.
