JAWAHARLAL NEHRU
It has been a long time guys, and I'm happy to post my first finished LH in a while. There will be three others shortly joining Jawaharlal, but I was a bit anxious to get one out and this one is finished. And thanks to Ekmek this is the first LH I have made with shaders...
Jawaharlal Nehru was the first, and longest-serving, Prime Minister of India. Nehru had been a contemporary of Gandhi and eventually was seen as his political heir. He was a radical member of the left wing of the Indian National Congress, and a founding member of the post-war non-aligned movement. He played a major role in shaping modern-India (probably moreso than Gandhi) pushing for an egalitarian policy of affirmative action for India's various ethnic groups and castes. I guess the main point of this is that he would make a good leader for India in any game of civ!
This is not a modular LH, so you will have to come up with your own XML for him, but I'll provide the ArtDefines:
