CLOVIS I
This is the second LH in the batch of four; Clovis I of the Franks.
Clovis was the first to unite all of the Frankish tribes into one political entity, he also introduced Roman Catholicism to his people in a bid to gain the support of the Roman Church as well as his Gallo-Roman subjects in Gaul. In his time he conquered the last Roman vestige of power in Gaul (Soissons) and drove his enemies from Gaul, layingthe ground work that would eventual evolve into Charlemagne's Holy Roman Empire and France.
He will appear along with Charlemagne as a leader of the Franks (replacing the HRE) in my upcoming mod Diplomacy II.
