Fall from Heaven 2 Earth Map 2016-10-05

This map takes the Earth 18 Map and puts all 19 'vanilla' Fall From Heaven 2 Civilizations on it in locations that are somewhat relative to the mod's lore. It also adds all of the mod-specific resources, terrains, and unique and non-unique improvements. Some minor changes to the terrain are present as well, for gameplay purposes.

NOTE: This map is still not necessarily finished, as I have NOT tested it yet for balancing issues. I may also be changing it due to popular demand / lore as time goes on.
