The Milice (French Militia) were the secret police of Vichy France during WWII. They were infamous for rounding up French Marquis and using torture to extract information. They also helped the nazis round up Jews and the assassinations of key figures protesting against the regime. Half-credit goes to asioasioasio for the Mp3008.
