Tiny Earth Map (Size 52x32) for the Quot Capita Mod - created for those, who would like to play the Quot Capita mod with real world maps. Includes all new QC bonus resources!
Number of civilizations was set 9, playtested to assure balanced gameplay. Although it may seem a little crowded, every civilizations has enough space in the beginning to found around 4-5 cities in a peaceful way (for some civs may be more). Borderline tensions cause a more challenging and interesting gameplay - building strong armies, whether defensive or offensive, not only optional!
The New World is waiting for you to colonize it, despite the tiny map size I managed to divide the american continent with ocean tiles to assure that no early colonization is possible. Thanks to the QC mod, barbarian cities and units will appear on the continent and it’s not their intention to give you their homeland without a fight, so do not bring your settlers alone! Good luck!
Aggressive AI and Raging Barbarians turned on, Revolutions and BarbarianCIV options are turned off to prevent civs spawn in wrong places. For those, who do not care about historical accuracy, these settings can be changed anytime by starting the game with the 'Custom Scenario' option in the game menu and turning on/off the options which you would like to use.
INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS: After the download is complete, extract the archive and simply copy the map to the Quot Capita Private Maps folder:
...\Firaxis Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 4\Beyond the Sword\Mods\Quot Capita\PrivateMaps
