Created from Plothinus' M Lupin Victorian Gentleman and the Firaxis Japanese leader.
EDIT: Barely 6 hours later, a slightly newer version. Fixed the fortify animation with one of the Victorian Gentlemen's pistol getting "stuck" in a almost leveled position.
