With resources, and most applicable city states spread about. This is a work in progress, so expect a few improvements as time goes on.
To install, download the file and extract "European Landmass" (or "Europe - con Espana" if you have downloaded the Spanish/Incan civ dlc) to My Documents, My Games, Civilization V, Maps. Then, start the game up, go to mods, set up game, and then, under maps, find "European Landmass" or "Europe - con Espana".
