Paprika modcomp = Ethnic buildings + WoC Lite + further changes

This modcomp combines Asafs Ethnic buildings modcomp with WoC Lite plus comes with further changes that will allow modders to specify a unique building art for each era.

Main features:
- modular diplomatic texts
- modular building art styles (no citysets and no improvements, sorry.)
- quasi modular audio (using a jar file that will merge all audio xmls)
- all the features of of WoC Lite

Read the readme file for more information, there's also information about the changes regarding the xml markup introduced with v2.
