The 861 foot skyscraper was the tallest all residential tower upon completion in 2001. The two penthouses at the top were priced at $58 million a peice (the two of those almost count for half of the buildings 300 million dolar building cost) went unsold for several years and were split into 4 different units. Way to overprice Trump
