Pena National Palace
Pena National Palace is a large Romanticist palace located on a hill in the Sintra region of Portugal, close enough so that it can be seen on fine days in the capital, Lisbon. It was constructed on the site of a former monastery, which was in turn constructed on the site from an apparent appariation of the Virgin Mary of Christianity. The monastery was destroyed in the Great Lisbon Earthquake of 1755, and King Ferdinand II build the Pena National Palace in it's place. Ingame, Pena National Palace boosts defensive buildings by +20%
