TRAIT: CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE.
Receive five times the Gold from Barbarian encampments and pillaging Cities, recieve double Uranium Resources, and one extra spy. However, due to general incompetence, Wonders take 33% longer to build.

UNIQUE UNIT: SHARKS WITH FRICKIN' LASER BEAMS ON THEIR HEADS
A shark with a frickin' laser beam on its head. They are slightly stronger in combat than the Galleass that they replace, but only have one movement point.

NEW WORLD WONDER (not unique): THE ALAN PARSONS PROJECT
Allows you to build spaceship parks +25% faster. Provides +6 production and +4 aluminum. Has no gold maintainence. Requires a military base before it can be built.

UNIQUE BUILDING: EVIL BUSINESS SUBSIDARY
Evil Business Subsidiary replaces stock exchanges and provide +4 [ICON_GOLD] and increases a city's gold output by 30%. It also reduces the enemy spy stealing rate by 3% and provides +3 merchant slots.

UNIQUE UNIT: VIRTUCON HENCHMEN
As Virtucon Henchmen work for a criminal organization, they aren't as powerful as a regular army. They, instead, specializes in pillaging enemy tiles (intimidating and extortion). Use the Virtucon Henchmen not as regular infantry (as they aren't that strong) but instead as a strong force to quickly and efficiently harass the enemy's economy by destroying their titles. They have 3 movement points AND it costs no movement points to pillage which allow for quick hit-and-run tactics.
