Adds a Predator UAV Drone to the game to serve as a modern recon unit. movement is like a helicopter but 4 instead of 6, but has a ranged attacked and can move after attacking. Also has air recon promotion. It has high visibility but weak bombardment so its a great recon and harassing unit.
