Adds the Halidom of Ylisse to the game. Doesn't replace any Civs.
Unique Ability (Trait): Unnamed: Ylisse gains 2 Influence with City-States they are protecting each turn if they are not at war, up to a maximum of 90. Civs that declare war on Ylisse lose Influence with all City-States at an amount equal to Ylisse's current Influence with each particular City-State.
Unique Unit: Pegasus Knight - Replaces Knight. Able to move over all terrain, similar to a Helicopter Gunship, but is weaker in combat, especially to ranged units. +1 Movement.
Unique Building:
Vanilla: Statue of Naga - Increased Culture and Happiness output.
Gods and Kings/Brave New World: Shrine of Naga - Increased Faith and Happiness output.
