This is a Uruk-Hai Crossbowman, based on Chuggi's Uruk Swordsman.
He's for Isengard in my upcoming Middle-earth Mod, but he'll do for any Orc Crossbowman.
It uses the Chokonu animations, but the XML is included for you.
Button included, but not in the Screenshot.
