Foot Knight 2016-10-05

This is the Knight unit Dismounted using Knights Templar Animations.
Should be able to also use maceman, swordsman, or warrior animations.
Does not support teamcolor.
Will require Knightstemplar animation files, Knight_128.dds, Knight_shield_64.dds, knight_shield_64_gloss.dds, and knightgloss.dds.
