This leaderhead is created to lead the City States in my Champions of Mystara mod to be released next year (2007).
He is Margrave Miosz III of the City-State of Slagovich.
Although I will only be using the first two eras for my mod I created him as a full 4-era animated leaderhead so that he can be used by anyone interested.
