This mod adds a completely new civic type "Mobilization" complete with five new civics, Primitivism, Military Mobilization, Economic Mobilization, Civil Mobilization and Balenced Economy. Have you ever got'n annoyed with unit support cost or City support cost? well I have so I added these. Some of them effect your military making it stronger some effect your economy making it stronger and some effect both. You start out with Primitivism which is a primitive way of trying to balence your civ. Military Mobilization you guessed it mobilizes your military this is agreat Civic to have in a war. Economic Mobilization you guessed it Mobilizes your economy this is good for balencing your economy at anytime. Civil Mobilization Starts to balence your Economy and your Military. Balenced Economy Balences your Economy and your Military completely.
