This is an adapted/expanded/tweaked version of strategyonly'sl United States map. I expanded it to include Cuba, more of Mexico, and more of Canada. Plus I fixed some issues I had with the accuracy of the map.
This should be a pretty darn accurate (the land at least) map of the United States and half of Mexico & Canada. Haven't gotten to tweaking the resources yet, and the rivers/forest/land needs more tweaking, but for people making mods you'll probably be tweaking all that anyhow, so here is a nice clean slate to use.
