Ivan IV of Russia was Grand Duke of Muscovy and later the first Tsar of Russia.

Install
If you don't have Modular Loading enabled, open your .ini (config file) and change the line ModularLoading = 0 into ModularLoading = 1
Place this in your CustomAssets/Modules directory, or place it within a mod.
