Europe Map 61*45, 12 civis all with oil and uraniu 2016-10-05

This is a Beyond the Sword variant of the 61*45 Europe Map with north Africa and the near East.
All countries have Oil and uranium near there starting locations.
(Not like in the real world but for game balance.)


There are 12 civis: Spain, France, England, Germany, Rome, Greece,
Russia, Egypt, Carthage, Ottoman, Viking and holy roman as Austria.

There are no goodie huts.
