This is a WBS scenario, meaning no mod pack is required.
Set near the beginning of the war, all the southern states have seceded and the only peace possible between Lincoln and Jefferson Davis is the peace of victory and defeat. The south has cotton (ok, silk) and able generals; the north has the population, economic might, and industrial capability. Canada, the border states, and Indian territory are also represented, though they are not playable and cannot be attacked.
This scenario should be played at Epic or Marathon speed.
