Correct, that humble bundle gives you a ton of keys you have to redeem on steam.

The best place to get civ 4 is gog. But that bundle is a great deal if you want more than just 4 and are in the majority of people who don't mind dealing with steam. I might have strong opinions on that subject :p

civ 5 actually reminds me very strongly of temple of elemental evil a lot of ways. You play it, and you want to love it because it gets so much right, but there are so many crippling problems and things that are obviously unfinished that it ends up being as much infuriating as fun. (hopefully)...

Best counter for the mongul uu is the greek uu. just ride them down. CC are still the best overall unit in the game. Keshicks might be up for second place though.

the largest problem with getting stonehenge on immortal/diety isn't even the ai production bonus, its the techs they start with. I've seen henge built before i could research pottery/calendar before. I don't think the ai will chop rush a wonder on purpose, and i suspect i could build it...

My most frequent ctd have been just after capturing a city. So far if i reload the last auto save and do exactly the same thing the crash has never been repeated. Haven't had a same turn save to try yet. I don't think i've ever gotten over ~40 cities either. Maybe 50. I've had ctd capturing...

We need the zulu back to strike fear in the hearts of players. although that might take some serious ai patching first :p Is civ 5 the first one they were missing from? I didn't play 3, so i can't speak for it but they were holy terrors in the others.
