I'd settle 1W of the settler and let the 3rd gold tile go, in the short term the use of a 3rd Gold Tile will slow down the pop growth of your capital for building workers and settlers. In the long-term the extra FP Town is more valuable than a 0-3-6 gold mine.

Building a production capital really paid off here - 4 turns to build the Oracle for CoL (1440BC) and that was without teching BW. No cottages at...
I played out a GLH-economy map with Hannibal just a few weeks ago to figure out the best way of approaching it (I'm assuming he's the best civ for a GLH game?).
Anyway, having replayed it a few times I came to the following conclusions:

EDIT: Here you go, found the savegame. There's a GM, GA and 2 GS's in The Hague. Select the GM and GA to start a Golden Age. Watch one of the GS's get burned intead.
