Hello, There is a civ that I really don't like playing against, and I would like to remove it from the game to prevent it from appearing as an AI civ. Do I just delete the XML for that leader? Yes, I have already tried looking for simple descriptions, such as the "How to delete stuff"...

Rest of World are the majority but apparently only second-class citizens to 2K Games.

Wow, 6 tiles minimum distance - and I thought I was being extreme by setting it to 5! What I like about 5 is that it means there is always at least one hex's space to walk around cities without them being able to bombard you. Love this comment, it sums up how I feel about spammers.
