    I think we should be targeting CoL with a side diversion to IW. I would be disinclined to do any other side paths on the tech tree at this point.

    I would lean heavily toward IronWorking next. We need metal. And the gems for happiness are a big plus. I think it's worth the diversion from the CoL path.
